RevoFi vs. Gemini for Google Workspace
The assistant bundled into the suite you already pay for, versus one place your business actually runs.
The honest verdict
If you are already on Google Workspace, its bundled Gemini is an inexpensive way to put an assistant in front of everyone. It is a layer over your tools rather than the systems underneath them.
Where Gemini for Workspace is genuinely excellent
The economics are real. Gemini is bundled into Google Workspace Business Standard rather than sold as a separate add-on, so a company already on Google can put an assistant in front of everyone without adding a second subscription. Gmail, Docs, Drive and Meet are mature products, the models are capable, and the integration is native rather than bolted on afterwards.
What it does not cover
Workspace spreads its AI across many surfaces — Gmail, Docs, Drive, Meet and the Gemini app each have their own entry point — so deciding which one to use for a given task is left to each person to work out.
Underneath the assistant, the structural picture matches the others. Gmail and Google Chat are real products you administer, but they stop at mail and messages: there is no CRM, no campaign sender, no client or partner portal, no platform approval gates and no dedicated isolated environment of your own. The systems your business runs on stay in other subscriptions, at other prices.

What each side costs
Each figure is the vendor’s own published list price for the named plan, with the date we last checked it and a link to the page it came from. Promotional rates are excluded because they expire.
Google Workspace Business Standard
$14 per user / month, on annual billing
Checked 2026-08-13
The arithmetic at 50 people
Gemini for Google Workspace — Google Workspace Business Standard
$700/month
50 people at the published rate — for mail, docs and an assistant across them.
RevoFi Raven — Business
$374/month
The same 50 people — for the platform those tools sit on top of.
Both figures are subscription prices only. RevoFi meters AI compute, storage overage, messaging and API usage separately in RDC.
Run the numbers for your own team sizeIf you cancel it in a year, what do you keep?
Gemini for Google Workspace
Step down from the Gemini-bundled plan and Workspace continues untouched — the AI was a layer, never a place.
RevoFi Raven
Cancel RevoFi and the honest answer is that you would be cancelling your whole operation — which is exactly why your data is exportable and yours, and why export is part of the product rather than a support ticket.
How to read this comparison
Capability comparisons reflect each vendor’s public documentation as of 2026-08-11 and change frequently; where a competitor is strong, we have marked it. "Partial" means the capability requires building, an add-on, a connector into a separate paid product, or exists in a materially narrower form — it is not a judgement of quality. Prices are each vendor’s own published list price for the named plan, checked on the date shown beside it, and exclude promotional rates because those expire.
