Why RevoFi

They have AI models and apps. We have an ecosystem.

Why businesses are replacing six to fifteen subscriptions with one platform — compared honestly, with the uncomfortable parts first.

How many software subscriptions does your business pay for right now?

Most businesses we talk to count somewhere between six and fifteen: a workspace or wiki, a chat tool, a CRM, an email marketing tool, a file store, and lately two or three AI subscriptions on top — each priced per person, each holding a slice of your business, and none of them talking to each other.

The AI industry’s answer has been to sell you one more subscription: an assistant that reads all the others. Genuinely useful — and an admission. The product only works if your sprawl keeps existing.

RevoFi took the other path. Instead of a smarter lens over your sprawl, we built the place your business actually runs: messaging, email, CRM, documents, files, knowledge, campaigns, client access, and a team of AI agents that do the work — in one environment that belongs to you, at a flat price with seats at $5 a month.

Where a competitor is genuinely better at something, we say so, because a comparison you can’t trust isn’t worth your time.

The stack

Five layers, one account

  • Economy

    Only RevoFi

Hardware that earns you revenue, one usage meter for everything, token discounts

    Who operates here: Only RevoFi

  • Applications

The systems a business runs on — CRM, email, campaigns, messaging, documents

Who operates here: Notion, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and RevoFi

  • Agents

AI that does multi-step work, not just answers questions

Who operates here: Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, open-source harnesses, and RevoFi

  • Intelligence

The models and the memory behind everything

Who operates here: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — as model vendors — and RevoFi

  • Infrastructure

Dedicated environments, edge devices, VPN, cellular, SD-WAN, firewall, venue analytics

Who operates here: Network vendors and carriers — none of whom have the layers above. And RevoFi.

Every well-known name on that list is excellent at its layer. But only one platform operates at all five, on one account, one login, one bill. That’s the comparison that actually matters — not feature versus feature, but ecosystem versus tools.

Privacy

“Private” means four different things

  • Shared cloud with policy guarantees

Your data sits on the vendor’s shared infrastructure. You’re protected by contract and certification — no training on your data, encryption, access controls. Real protection. But it’s a promise about how shared infrastructure is operated. This is Notion, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Gemini.

  • Your laptop only

Genuinely private — and limited to one person, one machine, no team, no clients, and it stops when the lid closes. This is Claude Cowork and self-run agent tools.

  • Self-hosted open source

You own it completely. You also install it, patch it, secure it, back it up, and fix it at 2 a.m.

  • Dedicated and managed — RevoFi

Your own environment, operated for you.

What provisioning actually creates on Developer, Business, Enterprise, Trading

A dedicated compute node
Your workloads run on your node, not co-mingled with other customers.
Your own database, file storage, and AI memory
Dedicated to your organization.
Your own identity system
Your users, your roles.
Your own private messaging server, where you are the administrator
RevoFi cannot read your rooms, your messages, or who’s in them. That is not a policy. It is how it’s built.

Who is the administrator of my company’s messages?

With Slack, Teams, or Discord, it’s the vendor. With Notion, ChatGPT, or Copilot, there’s no answer — they don’t do messaging, so you’re still paying someone else. With RevoFi, it’s you.

Memory

Intelligence that compounds

Where a connector assistant stops

They require the sprawl
Their value is proportional to how many other subscriptions they can read. If you ever consolidated, they’d be worth less.
Nothing accumulates
They retrieve answers from other vendors’ silos. Cancel the assistant, and you’re back to twelve systems and a search box. The knowledge was never yours to keep — it was borrowed, per query.
Your access model is a patchwork
Inherited from a dozen underlying tools, each with its own permissions.

What accumulates instead

Everything — an email an agent triaged, a document a client uploaded, a decision made in a team room, a deal record with its full history — lands in one memory system that every agent reads from and acts on.

Two system agents work silently behind every session: Compaction, which manages context so long-running work never loses the thread, and Learning, which extracts decisions, preferences, and knowledge automatically.

Your RevoFi environment is more valuable in month twelve than in month one, without anyone doing extra work, because it’s been learning your business the whole time. A wiki is exactly as valuable as the effort you manually put into it. That gap widens forever.

Try the cancel test on anything you’re evaluating: if I cancel this in a year, what do I keep? For a connector assistant, you keep nothing — the sprawl was always where the value lived.

Agents

Assistive versus agentic

Most AI is assistive

Most AI is assistive: Copilot, Gemini, and Notion AI assume a human is still in the document doing the work, with AI making them faster. A better cursor.

Raven is agentic

Raven is agentic: the agent does the work. You describe the outcome, review what comes back, and approve what goes out.

Approval gates

An agent that can email your customers is only useful if it can’t email your customers without you.

Sending email, creating new CRM records, launching campaigns, and publishing content are approval-gated at the platform level — drafts come to you; you send.

Agent conversations happen in shared team rooms, visible to everyone, not trapped in one person’s private chat. The good answer your agent gave on Tuesday is there for the whole team on Thursday.

No developer required

The Developer tier sounds like it’s for developers. What it actually does is remove the requirement to be one.

Tell Nimbus "set up a dashboard for my fleet" and infrastructure gets provisioned through conversation. Every other platform with this kind of power ships it as a developer product and expects developers. RevoFi ships it at $99/month and expects a business owner with an idea.

Included

The systems, not just the assistant

A real CRM
Deals, partners, contacts, pipeline stages, AI-suggested next actions, automatic follow-up tasks.
Email
Up to five connected accounts (Gmail, Microsoft 365, Yahoo, IMAP) with AI classification, priority, extraction, and draft replies. Your mailbox stays where it is; Raven reads it in place.
Email campaigns
Templates, lists, segments, scheduling, open/click tracking, unsubscribe handling.
Private messaging
Your own server, unlimited rooms, end-to-end encrypted, a room for every agent and every client.
Documents
Version-controlled vault with real-time collaborative editing, inside your environment.
Social & content
Publishing pipeline and social management.
Calendar
AI-extracted events and workflow automation.
Files & knowledge
With everything feeding the memory your agents use.

None of the AI assistants on the market ship an email client. None ship a CRM. None ship a campaign sender or messaging you administer. Their answer to all of it is: keep your other subscriptions.

What a client or partner can see — and nothing else

  • A private room with your teamOne secure thread per relationship, instead of email plus texts plus WhatsApp.
  • A private folder — the only directory they can seeTheir documents arrive in one place, from them, without anyone chasing attachments.
  • Their own view of their own dealsThey check their status themselves. You stop answering "where are we?" by hand.
  • Their own Raven sessionThey ask questions and get answers from your approved knowledge — without taking up your team’s time.

Economy

Hardware that pays you back

  • RevoFi Link

    $1,000

An edge AI device: local compute, WiFi 6 mesh, hardware-grade encryption, 1TB of storage — and seven years of Private AI, VPN, and Messaging allocations included.

  • RevoFi Link Pro

    $1,350

Everything in Link, plus 5G cellular.

Devices earn RVS — RevoFi’s token on Base — for providing compute, storage, and connectivity to the network, and USDC for verified work performed. Device owners participate in the same revenue waterfall as RevoFi’s investors.

Your usage across the entire platform — AI, storage, VPN, messaging — runs on one simple meter (RDC, where $1 buys 1,000,000 credits), payable by card, and 10% cheaper when paid with RVS.

You don’t need to understand tokens to benefit: your hardware earns and your services get cheaper. You don’t need to buy a device at all — every tier is fully cloud-based.

For businesses with physical locations, this layer goes further: managed firewall, SD-WAN across your sites, cellular connectivity, seamless authenticated WiFi for your venues, and edge computer-vision analytics for foot traffic and operations — on the same account, orchestrated by the same agents that run your CRM.

Honesty

Where the others are genuinely excellent

What each product is best at, stated before its limit. A comparison you cannot trust is not worth your time.

  • Notion

Genuinely excellent at: The best wiki and database product ever made, with a decade of refinement, a huge template ecosystem, and now a real agent platform. If all you need is a beautiful shared workspace, it’s a fine choice.

Where it stops: What it isn’t: your email, your CRM, your messaging, your campaigns, your client portal, or your infrastructure — and its AI automation is metered on credits with no cap, on top of the per-person price.

  • ChatGPT (with Company Knowledge)

Genuinely excellent at: Frontier models, and it can search across your connected apps with citations. Excellent as a lens.

Where it stops: But it’s a lens by design — it needs every one of your other subscriptions to stay alive, and the knowledge it retrieves is never yours to keep.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot

Genuinely excellent at: Genuinely useful inside Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and if your company lives in Microsoft 365 it’s the easiest thing in the world to keep.

Where it stops: That’s also its limit: it makes you faster inside a document you’re still personally writing. It runs nothing.

  • Google Gemini

Genuinely excellent at: The cheapest bundled option if you’re already on Workspace.

Where it stops: Many Workspace subscribers tell us the same thing, though: the AI is spread across so many overlapping surfaces that they gave up working out which one to use. If that’s been your experience, it isn’t you.

  • Claude Cowork

Genuinely excellent at: The best single-user desktop agent available — it does real multi-step work against the files on your machine, and it’s easy to start.

Where it stops: It’s built for one person and one laptop. The moment a second person, a client, or a shared record enters the picture, it has no answer.

  • Open-source agent frameworks

Genuinely excellent at: OpenClaw, Hermes and Buzz are impressive, free, and genuinely powerful — if you can provision a server, manage API keys, harden it, and keep it running around the clock.

Where it stops: If that describes you and you’re a team of one with no clients, you should honestly consider them. If it doesn’t, they were never really an option — they just sounded like one.

Every one of these is a good tool. None of them is a place your business can live.

What it costs as your team grows

RevoFi Business is $149/month flat, including 5 seats, then $5/month per additional seat with no cap — plus usage on a single transparent meter. Compare that to the market’s per-person pricing.

Monthly platform cost at 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 seats, comparing RevoFi Business against 3 per-seat alternatives.

10 people$174$17.40$200$210$300
20 people$224$11.20$400$420$600
50 people$374$7.48$1,000$1,050$1,500
100 people$624$6.24$2,000$2,100$3,000

RevoFi Business is $149/month including 5 seats, then $5/month per additional seat. Competitor totals are that vendor’s published per-seat list price multiplied by the team size — no discounts, annual commitments, or negotiated rates are modelled, and usage-metered charges are excluded on every side.

At 5 people, RevoFi costs more than a Notion team. We’d rather tell you that than have you discover it. The crossover comes fast — by ten people RevoFi is cheaper, and the gap widens with every hire, because your eleventh person costs $5 here and $20–$30 everywhere else.

And the table is still unfair to us, because every competitor column buys one tool. The RevoFi column includes your messaging, email, CRM, campaigns, documents, client access, and agents — systems that would otherwise be four or five more line items.

Don’t take our word for it — do the ten-minute exercise: list every recurring software and AI subscription your business pays for. Mark the ones this page covers. Total them. Compare against $149 plus usage. A number you calculated yourself is worth more than any number we could put on this page — and if it comes out close for your situation, you’ll know that too.

One more thing no per-seat vendor offers: bring your own AI keys and pay nothing extra. If you already have an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or xAI account, plug in your key and Raven routes to it at zero platform charge. Or use the RevoFi provider — one catalog spanning frontier and open models, chosen per agent, on one bill.

Questions

The questions you should ask us

What if I want to leave?

Your data is yours. Your environment is dedicated to you, your originals are never destroyed during onboarding, and export is part of the product, not a support ticket. A platform that asks you to consolidate owes you a clean way out — we agree, and we built for it.

Are you certified — SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA?

The Enterprise tier ships audit logs and compliance controls today; formal certifications are on our roadmap and in progress. If your procurement process requires a specific certification, ask us for current status — we’ll give you a straight answer with a timeline rather than a vague one.

You do a lot of things. Isn’t that a red flag?

Fair question. The answer is one platform and one architecture: 6 tiers off the same codebase, the same isolation model, and the same agent runtime, built over five years — starting before the AI boom — and protected by a granted U.S. patent on the orchestration architecture. It’s less surface than it looks, and the breadth is precisely what removes eight vendors from your stack.

Do I have to migrate everything at once?

No, and you shouldn’t. Your email connects where it lives — nobody changes their inbox. Start with one workflow, run it beside your current tools, and retire a subscription only after its replacement has proven itself in parallel. RevoFi does the setup work; you approve the output. Most businesses spend about three hours of their own time in the first month.

Which tier do I start with?

Consumer ($0/mo) — Free forever. Start building in minutes. Consumer Pro ($29/mo) — For power users running voice, file, and multi-service workflows. Developer ($99/mo) — For builders shipping code, agents, and integrations fast. Business ($149/mo) — Built for operational teams scaling production AI workflows. Enterprise ($499/mo) — Security, scale, and support for mission-critical organizations. Trading ($99/mo) — Built for traders running market intelligence and automation agents. Upgrading never means migrating — it’s the same platform with more of it turned on.

The short version

Every other product on your shortlist makes one part of your software sprawl better — a smarter wiki, a smarter search, a smarter cursor — and every one of them needs you to keep paying for the rest of the pile, at $20 to $30 per person. RevoFi replaces most of the pile: agents that do the work, the business systems they work in, a memory that compounds, infrastructure dedicated to you, and hardware that pays you back. One account. One bill. $5 a seat. Built over five years and protected by a granted U.S. patent.

They have AI models and apps. This is an ecosystem.
