Justin W. Caswell
Founder & CEO
Justin W. Caswell is the founder and CEO of RevoFi, a decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) company building AI-native cloud infrastructure. A US Army veteran who served with NATO forces in Bosnia (1995-1999), Justin brings over 20 years of infrastructure experience spanning GIS systems, industrial automation at XTO Energy (ExxonMobil), and wireless innovation at DISH Network where he led 5G research, LEO/MEO/GEO satellite integration, and Open RAN development as a Leased Executive.
Justin holds four granted US patents in decentralized wireless systems, cognitive network management, and infrastructure. His career has been driven by a single question: "How can we build systems that are more efficient, more autonomous, and more equitable?"
In 2021, he left corporate to focus entirely on RevoFi, building a platform that combines private networking, AI inference, distributed compute, and a dual-token economy into one coherent operating model — owned and operated by its participants.
