Terms of Service

Effective date: February 18, 2026. These terms define use of RevoFi services, billing, and participation rules.

Service Agreement

These terms govern access to RevoFi cloud, mobile, hardware, and token-enabled services.
By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and acceptable use requirements.
Enterprise customers may have additional terms in executed order forms or MSAs.

Accounts + Access

Users are responsible for account credentials and authorized use under their organization.
RevoFi may suspend or restrict accounts for abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
Tier-based feature access is controlled by subscription plan and platform policy.

Billing + Payments

Services may be billed via subscription, usage metering, and/or RDC credit consumption.
Payment obligations include applicable taxes and third-party processing fees.
RVS/RDC mechanisms are utility-based and subject to platform policy updates.

Device Owner Participation

Device owners may earn rewards based on availability and completed workloads.
Payout eligibility depends on compliance, uptime quality, and anti-fraud controls.
RevoFi may update payout formulas, weighting models, or program requirements.

Disclaimers + Liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.
To the extent permitted by law, RevoFi disclaims indirect and consequential damages.
Liability limits may be further defined in enterprise agreements.

Changes to Terms

RevoFi may update these terms periodically to reflect product, legal, or policy changes.
Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued service use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
