Where Claude Cowork is genuinely excellent
Honestly: it is good. Claude Cowork does real multi-step work against the files on your machine — organising, drafting, building — with scheduled tasks and an easy start, bundled into Claude’s paid plans. For an individual operator working on one laptop, it is the strongest tool in its class.
What it does not cover
It is built for one person and one machine, by design. There is no team, no server, no shared memory beyond the laptop, no client access, no CRM, no campaigns and no messaging — and its privacy model, your own laptop, is also its limit.
